Climate Software Engineer interview questions

I applied online and tried to set up a phone interview. The recruiter gave a date but no specified time. He didn't show up making me waste an entire morning and afternoon for a call that didn't come. Told me he was OOF so I rescheduled for another date. The interview lasted 5 minutes, then he hung up on me while I was asking questions. I tried following up but never heard from him again. This was a Senior Recruiter.
