Climate Intern interview questions

1. Phone call with engineer, mostly behavioral. Also was asked about resume and experience with clojure. 2. Video chat with two engineers. First asked basic data structure questions. Second asked me to code something in clojure.

First came a phone interview with general questions and introductions of the company. The next day I received email about on-site interview. It consisted of three 1:1 interview. The people were nice and smart. However probably because the company is a startup, the interview was not well organized and the programming problem not well defined.
