Applied online. After a few week, I got to schedule a phone screen with a HR. All the questions being asked were pretty basic and simple. Didn't move to the next step after that.

Question 1
The interviewer asked me to write some code in clojure. I have no experience in clojure, so the interviewer gave me a crash course before we began the coding process. Functional programming is rather different, so I was slightly thrown off.
First came a phone interview with general questions and introductions of the company. The next day I received email about on-site interview. It consisted of three 1:1 interview. The people were nice and smart. However probably because the company is a startup, the interview was not well organized and the programming problem not well defined.
