Interview
First, a phone interview that lasts about 5-10 minutes where they ask about 3 standard questions and also tell me more about the program. You will be invited for a 1 on 1 interview at their office. Standard questions were asked, almost no technical questions. I didn't do very well at the interview, felt very lucky to be accepted.
Applied online for the programme. Shortlisted applicants had to undergo an interview at the Citibank's office. Interview was one-to-one face-to-face involving mainly behaviour-based questions. It took approximately 15 minutes and interviewer was friendly

Interview
arrived at citibank and waited at concierge for 20mins before proceeding to interview venue. casual 1:1 interview. had a chat with interviewer regarding my background after she asked me to tell her more about myself. then she started interview proper and asked questions regarding leadership experience, difficulties faced, strengths and weaknesses. interviewer was friendly and made the whole interview process lively.
