Not applicable. Didn't have to interview. Was hired after completing internship. The interview was obtained via my graduate school's career services. Basic interview was conducted by HR for the internship.

Very short and down to earth. Not really formal. Basic interview questions asked. Mainly talked about people that we both knew from previous employers and in the community. Follow-up interviews was over the phone. Those followed the same format. There were a total of three interviews.
