It was a 25 minutes one on one interview, about 5 generic questions but need to prepare well to address the questions because there are going to be follow up questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Citi in Sept 2021
Interview
The process was quick and organised, I was kept up to date at each stage of the process. The recruiter and managers were all friendly professional interviewers and took time explaining the role and functions.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Citi (Manila, Manila) in Apr 2020
Interview
1st: I received a call from the Hiring Manager and scheduled me for phone interview with her. I passed.
2nd: after a week, I had another interview with a Recruitment Manager. I passed and scheduled for final interview.
3rd. After 2 days, Regional Manager based in India interviewed me. I passed. Same day I was asked to provide compensation reference for job offer. Exact date: APRIL 21, 2020.
I provided my payslip and 1 week passed and there was no offer. They said that they were securing approvals.
I made a follow up from the Recruitment Mgr and she said that she's endorsing me to another Rec Manager. I sent follow up to new contact person asked me to lodge an application in their Recruitment tool which I did. The old Manager asked me to wait for a month due to team restructuring so I waited.
MAY 18, sent another follow up. I was directed to ask the new Rec Mgr and never heard from them.
June 30, I received system generated email that they will not proceed with my application with no ellaborated reason.
Just an email without appropriate feedback worst, kept me wait without any updates. Being a HR professional who's also doing Recruitment for so long, I just can't believe that people in same practice deal with candidates like this. Very sad that this is a well known Company with commitment to provide good client service but not good experience with their candidates.
