Interview
Insgesamt gab es 3 Gespräche mit erfahrenen Leuten. Es ging um die üblichen Dinge wie Lebenslauf, Beweggründe für AG-Wechsel etc. Es wurden Fragen über Technology (IT-Sicherheit) und Regulierung gestellt. Das letzte Gespräch hat ein bestimmtes Thema im Fokus in dem ich nicht sicher war. Das habe ich auch gesagt aber es wurde immer und immer wieder darauf eingegangen. Den Verlauf empfand ich als sinnlos und war kurz davor einfach aufzulegen.

A call with HR for screening
Zoom panel interview with multiple folks from product, technology and hiring manager. questions about experience, STAR stories, some questions about microservice, cloud and some information security related questions. At last, questions about LLMs? Gen ai exposure etc.
Smooth, straight forward, 3 interview sessions with team members and leadership. no panel. Questions were not tricky and interviewers were polite and professional. Interviews were conducted virtually via Teams and attendees were all on time.

Interview process is simple. 1st round with Hiring manager, he tried to understand your profile. 2nd round for your previous project and tech stack, system design (easy one) + they ask for very simple coding questions (less weight) they gave just 5 mins.
