1 HR interview, 2 article readings and group panel, and last round is with hiring manager.
HR and Hiring Manager are basic behavioral questions
Group panel needs critical thinking and prior research on the group from the Citi page.

Interview
I went through the following stages:
-Employee Referral
-Interview with HR: interview was with an HR representative and 5 other candidates. (Tip: read up on the role, latest news on Citi, be an active speaker)
-Online tests: standard verbal, numeric and reasoning test
-Interview with Group Heads: 3 one-on-one interviews. Mostly behavioral questions and questions based on your CV, some guesstimate questions as well.
-Group debate and individual presentation: You get a couple of days to prepare for both. Be an active speaker during the debate. For the individual presentation, keep it concise and interesting to keep your audience attentive and engaged.

What do you know about the role?
What are the steps the bank can take to make it more appealing to the younger generation?
First round interview was a 30 minute phone call with the questions you would expect. Tell me about yourself/ behavioral questions. Also should have some talking points on the industry.
5 to 6 people in a group interview - case study and business awareness. Have sufficient time to study the material. Last for 3 hours in Total. 2 interviewee would ask follow up questions. Quite causal.
