Interview process : it was good 1 coding test 3 f2f interviews. Process was smooth technical questions were relevant. Hiring process : Received response from hr after 2-3 weeks of interview about selection but no offer after 2 more weeks. HR people are so underconfident. Hiring process has nothing to do with real talent here if you are lucky only then you get offer irrespective of talent/skillset.
