Applied and completed various personality and ethics tests at the headquarters. From there I was contacted by the head financial advisor of the branch that was hiring for an interview. Interviewed two times with the head advisor and decided that it was not for me.

It was nice during the whole process. The recruiter asked my previous experience with investment bank and my visa status. It seems that he concerned more about my visa more than my work experience.

Apply online and wait to get email back for a test. Pass the test and then get call back for interview. Pass two interviews and one more test to get job offer. Offer may be less or more than salary requirements you think the pay should be.
