There was an on-campus interview that mainly focused on qualifications and background. There were some technical questions and discussions on relevant coursework and work history. The follow-up email is almost immediate for the on-site interview. Superday consisted of three consecutive interviews. These interviews were predominantly behavioral and focused on personal preferences and ability to work in teams.
