Interview
There are two phases of selection. First, there is a written test on c++, networking etc. Those who qualified, have to go for the interview process. Here, two interviews took place. The first one, they asked technical questions required for the job. In the second interview, they asked about the projects previously I did and asked in detail about them.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Citi in Oct 2011
Interview
Got a face to face interview from campus recruiting. Discussed projects on resume. Also behavior questions were asked. Basic Java concepts and SQL query questions were also asked.
