I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Citi in May 2011
Interview
When I applied for a bank teller position, I had to take some sort of aptitude test before proceeding to a one on one interview. The one on one interview lasted for somewhere between 15-30 minutes. In the end I was not offered the position as someone who previous teller experience was instead. I thought the process was very fair.
