Interview
2 interviewers that were VP/ SVP. First interview was motivational, second was technical with a lot more focus on commercial awareness, quantitative judgement. Both interviews were capped at 30 minutes and online. Useful to have knowledge of TTS (Treasury and trade) as well as custody and data services.
2 Interviews in one day. The first interviewer was late by 15 minutes, asked me to tell about myself and then left. The second interview went much better, felt like a conversation with several technical questions throughout.

2x 30-minute calls in which I was asked competency and motivation-based questions and some reasonably easy technicals.
Friendly interviewers, both HR and a team member, each call lasted 30 mins.
