The interview process included two interviews, the first was a group workshop with 4 other candidates, and the second was 1:1 interview after being shortlisted.
My experience with the interview process was good, I got to know more about the company at an early stage.

Sounds like it was a positive experience in the workshop - we do like having our Assessment Days as its get's us to know the candidates and the candidates to know us.
