Pros

- Company size drives autonomy and a nice culture feel in comparison to larger corporates - Charity initiatives are a huge focus, highlighting what's important Technical partnerships with Microsoft and Cisco - Benefits like discounted EE phone plans, UK healthcare, Perkbox

Cons

Not many to name personally. Uplift holiday allowance; although current buy/sell and carry over feature is great

Pros

The pay was great. The team was good. Fully remote was a good benefit.

Cons

The company seems to have no direction and if your face doesn’t fit you are gone. Trust me. I lost count of the amount of people that went on the team and in 14 around months I think it’s 24 people gone. Hire and Fire at its finest. That should tell you enough. I recall times I’ve been asked to write positive reviews on Glassdoor to balance out the negative ones
