      Community Manager Interview

      20 May 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Mountain View, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CellBreaker (Mountain View, CA) in May 2015

      Interview

The interview process didn't take very long as it does with other startups. The interviewer was very nice and had a great up beat personality. Since the beginning of the interview process I felt comfortable and felt I could trust this company fully. After first round phone interview I was asked to complete a task so that they can properly test my skills. Once I submitted that it took about a couple of days and I received an offer. Though it wasn't as competitive as I hoped it would be, I still accepted the offer because of the company and the people behind it. There's major room to grow in this company and the management is open to giving better positions in future.
