I was really happy with CellBreaker’s Service. I was told by my other carrier that I had to pay $500 to get out of my contract… EVEN THOUGH, I bought my phone outright; it’s because they were merging with another company. The “customer service” rep I spoke to told me that if I wanted to keep my cell phone on, I would have to accept the new agreement. I never signed up to do business like this. One of my friends told me to check out CellBreaker, and I was pretty skeptical, but thought, “What the heck?” Well, I must say that the folks at CellBreaker were able to point out thousands of instances where the old and new cell phone company committed breach of contract.

It felt really great to finally be treated like a human being by a company. I just felt like I had to share my experience.
