Process started with an initial phone interview with HR followed by what was described pre-hire as an information phone interview with a hiring manager and what was described post-hire as a screening interview. This was followed by another phone interview with HR. After this, I was flown onsite and had 1:1 interview with HR, a hiring manager, and a department senior manager, as well as a lunch meeting with another associate and team manager.
