Interview
I got the first round interview through video recording which comprised of four questions. They ask about why are you interested in a technology career, how do you handle a conflict with your boss, etc I would say the questions are very basic and you could find those on any online career websites. But you have to spend time practicing interview before your laptop.

Interview
First there was an online recorded interview, then a video call, and then on-campus interviews. They asked mostly behavioral questions, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. The interviewers were really nice, and there was nothing intimidating. There are other candidates interviewing at the same time and day as you, and you get to meet them.

Interview
First, after attending their CLIMB workshop, I applied online and did a one-way digital interview. Then I had a video interview with someone from HR. Then I was invited to the Irvine campus (the main IT department) for an on-site final interview. I was interviewed by 3 different associates, all from different teams within IT.
