The process strated with HR interview followed by about 10 inertviews wth 10 different people. The process was very long and requiered some patience. The positive aspect if that if successful, when you join the company you know already many people in many different departpments, which helps for doing your job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Capital Group (Irvine, CA) in Nov 2016
Interview
Very selective, looks for broad experience & management skills. Look for subject matter expert. Want someone who can fit in the organization. Also, look for diversity & want someone who has other relevant skills
