Interview
It was a competency interview, I had a conversation with one of the division leaders in EACG and a HR representative. Very positive experience, good conversation flow. They really do try to help you communicate your skills and experience in the best way possible and are very accommodating and friendly.

The interview was the final stage of the assessment process. This was after completing a gamified assessment and short video interviews.
The final interview was with two panelists, The questions were majorly competency based.
