I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capco (Glasgow, Scotland) in Mar 2025
Interview
The interview was of four rounds and of 3 weeks approx that's what they say but they actually they don't show you the real picture which is you would be asked to go through all the rounds and even if you received consistent positive feedback you would be abruptly informed that there’s no role available. It is disheartening to invest time, effort into a process as you will be left with no clarity or closure and justify it saying that how consulting works.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Capco in Apr 2026
Interview
Fabulous from start to finish. I felt like I could be myself from the beginning and the communication was superb. The people I met along the way were just wonderful and I am so excited to call them my colleagues soon!
They took 4-5 rounds of interviews and kept the position on hold.
Most of the time the HR won’t pick up the call unless an interview is to be scheduled or your due to give an interview.
Otherwise they mostly may not respond you after the interview is completed
