The first interview was great; we ended up talking for over an hour on the technical work. The second interview took several weeks to schedule without any feedback. The second interview was short with very few questions from the interviewer. This is where things went south. I did not hear anything for over a month. I reached out to the person who coordinated the interviews and did not receive a response. The recruiter responded to my inquiry and scheduled a tag up, but failed to call me on the agreed upon day. This was very disappointing and inconsiderate of my time. I suggest whoever responds to my negative review would instead take the time to work on improving communication with prospective employees. I read other similar experiences to what I am describing here and almost did not apply but gave them a chance. I suggest others reading this taper their expectations.
