I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in Feb 2018
Interview
3 stage interview
1st stage is with senior person and HR
2nd stage with functional manager which includes a 30 min case study
3rd stage with a partner.
No trick questions as they look for competencies rather than specific answers to questions.
The whole process was wrapped up in 7 to 10 days so if they like you they will turn things around quickly. The case study is general and designed to see how you go about problem solving. The partner interview is a 30 min chat to judge whether you are the right fit for the company and tonsil questions to the leadership team. Overall a very positive interview experience
It started with a 30-minute session with the HR, then a 1-hour technical interview, and finally a 45-minute face-to-face interview at the Capco office.
Overall I had a really positive experience. The whole process took about 1 month.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Capco (London, England) in May 2026
