We take all candidate feedback very seriously as we look to continually improve our recruitment process. Thankfully feedback like this is rare, and many candidates report that they enjoy the process at Capco. However, clearly on this occasion we did not meet our usual high standards and for that we are sorry.
All our interviewers go through thorough training, however since there are a large number of people involved in the recruitment process, occasionally there can be shortcomings. In situations like this we conduct a full investigation and undertake any remedial action required such as further training of our interviewers. Please rest assured that we will do so on this occasion.
