I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CapTel Service Specialists (Orlando, FL) in Jul 2019
Interview
4 tests consisting of reading, typing, revoicing, and spelling. and then a phone interview. Quick and easy, recruiter was helpful with tips on doing well and was super friendly. Passed all the tests and was scheduled for a thirty minute phone interview for the following day.
Pretty standard comprises of a phone interview and an in person orientation. Expected to wear business casual and the hiring manager in the Orlando branch was easy to talk to and professional.
