Interview
30-40 minute Phone Interview about yourself and your previous experience. Then a 2nd interview with the store manager and assistant manager. Very nice people and be prepared with basic sales interview questions like why sales? What do you expect from the management? What is good customer service? Then a final group interview/exercise, very relaxed but still need to try and standout.

the interview was relatively short and informal - you were invited to attend a face to face interview at the store with the manager. they asked about past experience and situational questions.

We went through a group interview were we were asked to carry out different store-relateds tasks, from visual display to customer adivse. The whole process made sense and was quite entertaining.
