Interview
It was a relatively quick process. Interviewed with first with HQ HR in Virginia then had a group interview in NYC in the regional office. My final interview was by phone because the position was a client dedicated position. Heard back on a verbal offer less than a week. Completed background check in a few days and will start at the end of March 2018.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CIBT (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Interview was easy but I had a lot of questions for them where the recruiter didn't have answers for. She said she would find out and let me know. She said she was going to forward my application to the hiring manager. I had to email twice for updates. Never got my questions answered. In the end I declined the hiring manager interview due to lack of answering my questions from the recruiter. This is not a good sign. The company must have open communications. The recruiter was very nice. They offered $17.00 per hour and benefits start after 30 days. 2 weeks vacation. I forgot to ask about sick days.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at CIBT (McLean, VA) in Sept 2017
Interview
I applied on a Monday. I was called Tuesday and had a 20 minute phone interview. The young lady said she liked me and would get with her boss and try to coordinate an in person interview. She called back 15 mins later and I had an interview scheduled for Thursday. Very great interview. They were upfront about what they wanted and now I am working for them. Great people!
