I applied in-person. I interviewed at CIBT (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
Two part interview. The first interview is more of a panel interview. If you get called for the second interview it's with the manager you'll be working with. Overall not too intimidating
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CIBT
Interview
A reasonable number of interview rounds, which were fairly unstructured but constructive and open. I liked the team and my manager. The interview process did add a good amount of information beyond the job description.

Walk me through your background, Why do you want this role?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at CIBT (Geneva) in Dec 2024
Interview
The interviewers were quite rude with me. From the interview I assumed that the environment was rather toxic, they explicitly demanded to stay extra hours and to deal with a lot of workload, pressure and stress. They also mentioned they had a lot of dismissals, however not clear if they were voluntary or coming from senior management. They told me my salary expectations were too high and state rudely that if I want to find any job in the country I will have to lower my expectations. They never asked for spoken languages and they though I was just coming out from college, therefore I assume they never read my CV where I explained my 3+ years of experience. For this job no experience was needed and that training was longer than one year as they were explaining me during the interview, however they were looking for somebody with work experience, I'm therefore confused. I found strange that a job in Visa consultancy requires to be 5/5 days in the office with no working from home whatsoever allowed. I imagined they did not offer me the position at the end, but I would not have accepted it.
