It was a very positive experience for me. I initially applied through their website, and got the phone interview around a week later. The phone conversation with HR person was very friendly and pleasant. At the end of the conversation the face to face interview was scheduled for the following day. The actual interview took about an hour. I got the offer a week after. The HR representative was very helpful and answered all of my questions during the process in a quick and friendly manner.
