C2FO conducted a campus recruitment drive at my college for the Software Engineer position. The journey began with an initial online coding round consisting of three DSA questions (one easy and two of medium difficulty). Successfully passing this round led to two technical interviews that evaluated proficiency in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), as well as Computer Science fundamentals. Subsequently, a managerial round took place, comprising puzzles, conversations about personal projects, and an evaluation of your capacity to determine the architecture of applications based on your thought process and ended with an HR interaction. Across all phases, the primary emphasis was on evaluating problem-solving abilities and verifying your understanding of the implementation of data structures. The interview panel was very friendly, managing the process in a pleasant manner. I secured the role.
