There are 2 interviews, one is taken by talent manager, she will ask general questions about yourself and company and another is taken by HR and lab manager, they will ask technical and non-technical questions.

Processo foi composto por teste de excel online e entrevista com gestor da área, também online. A entrevista foi bem conduzida e acabou sendo uma conversa e alinhamento de expectativas, sem tanto aquelas perguntas manjadas de processos seletivos.

First, you have to to fill a few pages applying forms. Then, complete a written test about the laboratory technicals. Finally, attend a face-to-face interview with HR and manager separately.

Good. I got the job. The questions were easy as long as you know what you’re talking about you’re in. The managers were cool. You don’t need to have a lot to get this job.

Fue una entrevista de unos 40 minutos, en la que se me explico un poco sobre la que hacía la empresa. Luego las cosas negativas y positiva del trabajo. De forma amena y cordial

O processo de entrevista foi positivo, a oportunidade serviu para conhecer mais a empresa. Os recrutadores foram bem simpáticos. As questões estiveram de acordo com o perfil descrito no meu Currículo.

Total 3 rounds- Ops, GM and AM round. I appeared for an interview on Sept 7(Ops round- Took 1 Hour 35 min), as soon as I came out of the office, I get to know that cleared the round and final round will be on Sept 12(Gm round -Took 1 hour 50 min) which i get informed next day that I've clear the final round and joining will be most probably on 19th and there will be a health check up for insurance. Suddenly next day I got HR call and he asked me to come immediately there will be an another round which will be AM round. I was shocked to know that even after GM round there will be another round with AM. Its quite non transparent act from HR even when I was informed earlier that I'm selected. Still I took it positively consider it as process compatibility verification round. Am asked me lean sigma sigma and team handling based questions which were easy ones and I attended well. Meanwhile I was already inline with 2 other companies. I got an offer letter from one of them and 1 interview round was remaining with the other company that I appeared on same day when they called me for the last round. I was more interested in BV due to higher salary package (As shown on ambition box and Glassdoors) and the challenging role. As per Employment letter - Inhand package was quite low against Employment Offer. I requested HR to increase the inhand. Since this was not as shown on website, I expected as per role being a CRM+ Lean and six sigma green belt holder. I'm a migrant and as per qualification and experience I was expecting more since they asked for any shifts 24/7 process. Was willing to work whole heartedly since while interacting with all levels found there is much scope of improvement in the process which I find interesting. All together I found HR policies are not transparent. Infact HR was unresponsive even when he asked himself to drop an email stating to increase component A . As per his behave I did not felt I am a shortlisted candidate. I felt that he is like bargaining a talent and just forced to hire employees on lower package anyhow. On the other hand due to their commitment I declined the offer of other company and at the end on Sept 21st when I again called the HR he said the vacancy is closed and they are promoting internally. Lack of transparency, wasted much of new joinees time, offers quite lower salary as per online package, Rude behave of HR, Bargaining, Integrity issue. Very disappointed appearing for an interview with this company for the first time.
