Typically one or two interviews. The interview process is pretty straightforward. No need to be nervous. This hospital hires a lot of new grads. They do not hire nurses with ED experience--weird. However, it is a great news for new grads. After the interview (s) it may take about a month before a definitive answer.

Interview
Emailed about RN positions. Received phone call back about a week later asking to come in for interview. Interviewed directly by assistant DON of ED. Received thorough tour of unit and had a brief, simple interview. Then a month later received call from HR saying to come in for processing.
