I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (Summit, NJ) in Aug 2020
Interview
Most are hired without an interview and just an initial phone screening conversation. They could have updated the hiring process but I would make sure to list all past experiences that could relate to the position during the first phone screening. They want to make sure you would be comfortable working in a cleanroom. If you went to college and took any lab courses make sure to emphasize. List skills such as pipetting, mixing, draining, etc
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
have you worked in a clean room? are you familiar with aseptic processes? are you familiar with cell culture?
First round with recruiters was horrible, they are outsourced globally and do not speak English well. Next interview with the actual team was much better, it appears they are proud of the work they do.
Phone call with a contract company, then a 30 minute zoom call with the hiring manager one week later. They asked me to introduce myself and then followed up with behavior questions mostly. Interviewer never turned on the camera, which was quite strange.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bristol Myers Squibb (Summit, NJ) in Apr 2025
Interview
Great easy interview process, very straightforward. Asked questions pertaining to resume experience and answered all questions I had very well. The interviewers energy was low but it was also at 3:30 in the afternoon so I do not blame them at all.
