Interview
This is a panel interview with behavioral-based questions based on demonstrated competencies. Interviewers are looking for specific examples and details that show actual proficiency in the competencies sought. The hiring manager is one of the panel members, but other panel members are likely peers and/or key internal stakeholders.

How do you ensure consistency and reliability in operations as the business grows or becomes more complex?
The interview process has been extremely time-consuming. First, I had the recruiter round, then waited almost two weeks for the hiring manager round. After that, there was another gap of around 20 days before the panel interview. It has now been over a month since the panel round, and I still haven’t received any clear update. The application status continues to show as “Under Consideration.”
