One phone interview started with an introduction of the company and the responsibility the department in specific. Then basically self-introduction and going over the resume in more details. Since my profile fit the position very well, the employer was very happy chatting more technical topics with me. About a week after the interview, I got the offer.

Received an email to invite me to an interview for the position applied for. It was a virtual Interview with two scientists that were very friendly and asked behavioral style questions/about my technical experiences, quick process with hearing back within a couple days after the interview

Panel Interview via Zoom, consisted of mainly Behavioral Questions. technical side was mainly about research project or previous experiences and different basic molecular biology technique: qPCR, ELSIA, etc. Hiring manager part was much more relaxed.
