Very efficient and moved through the process quickly. Interviews (3) were with multiple leaders/peers and recruiting kept the applicant in the loop the whole time. Interviews were completed within a week and a decision was made within a day of the final interview. Common questions about experience and scenarios were used. They used the STAR model (Situation, Task, Action, Result) and used the same type of situation so they could compare applications equally. One of the better interview processes I've experienced.
