I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Bread Financial (Columbus, OH) in Aug 2018
Interview
After submitting my application, I was emailed with an online assessment to take to ensure I was qualified for the position. I was then called and had a phone interview with one of the hiring managers. She reviewed my resume with me and asked me a few scenario questions and if I had any questions. She stated that the hourly wage was dependent upon my experience. I was invited for an in-person interview. I would recommend arriving about half an hour early (although they tell you 15 minutes) simply because parking can be difficult to find. I was given a tour of the building by an associate and then was able to listen in on two calls. Then an interviewer came and walked me to their cafeteria and asked 3 scenario questions. We talked about ourselves and got to know each other. The in-person interview was less informal than the phone interview and it was more of their way to get to know me and ensure we were a great fit for each other, as the phone interview and online assessment already showed them that I was qualified.

Interview
Spoke to a supervisor in a very small office. Did not speak to Human Resources Department. Was giving a tour of the building. Nothing outstanding about the interview process at Alliance Data.
