Interview
The interview process was pretty rigorous. Almost 5 rounds of interview but each round was very relaxed and more like a conversation. More situational questions. Requires drug test and full background check once offer is accepted. Some rounds took place with two interviewers in a pair where one would observe while other would ask. They seem very particular about soft skills and presentation and of course subject matter knowledge goes without saying.
