The interview was straightforward and simple. Most questions are what you'd expect to be asked. The interviewers were relaxed and made the whole process easy, in total took about 30 minutes and got their decision within a week

Did the skill test before interview, interview was simple and straightforward. They asked about experience, work space preferences, and a couple very simple technical questions. Only had one interview, was emailed about their decision to go with someone else 2 weeks later.

There are three interview steps for a customer service position. 1. Phone call from a Manager. This is to find out what is know about the company and industry, review the website before you interview. 2. In-person interview with a Manager and a few employees. These are standard interview questions. 3. Interview with other leaders at BlueToad. These are mostly questions to measure cultural fit. Lots of questions about personal style and preferences.
