Interview
The interview process was very lengthy and this is my first time entering the entertainment world. This lengthy process is actually extremely normal in this industry compared to other interview processes. I went through overall 3 interviews. It's a really exciting process and make sure to check your other folders in your email. My interview request was almost lost in my social folder.

Interview
Overall a weird experience -- I was contacted to interview via email and scheduled a time using some 3rd party website. Easy. Then the recruiter reached out to reschedule. Okay, no problem, but my work hours at my current job are pretty long and I'm in office M-F so I really only have 1 hour free during my lunch. The recruiter understands and we're able to reschedule for another day during my lunch. That day rolls around and my phone rings for a second but the call drops before I can answer. Weird but I immediately try back to no answer. I wait 5 minutes for the recruiter to try again but nothing so I check-in via email and see there's a different number in their email signature so I try that. I get an "out-of-service" message. I wait around but don't hear back until my availability window closes (and I mean the minute my window closes on the dot) with the recruiter saying they tried calling but I didn't answer but they'd be happy to reschedule. I reiterate that I'm really only available during my lunch hour (any day) but I'd be happy to make accommodations if we can't make that work but am ultimately ghosted. Followed up and never heard back.
I understand being a recruiter of a major company means you have limited time and many options but it definitely felt like the recruiter didn't want to put any effort into scheduling or interviewing.

Interview
My interviewer was really nice. It felt more like a conversation than an interview. The question were pretty standard. I got asked a couple "How did you handle this situation...?" type of questions.

Much more relaxed than you'd think. For my position anyway, it was more about getting a feel for how I work within a team rather than any specific technical aptitudes.
