Applied online, and was contacted about a week and a half later to schedule an online web questionnaire via HireVue. It was a set of 3 questions that you have 45 seconds to think about, and then record yourself answering it within a minute and a half. The questions were 1) Why Blackrock?, 2) A time when you were innovative, and 3) A time when you received outstanding customer service. After a few days, I was contacted that I would be given a virtual interview with a current analyst. That interview was fine, and it was more of a walk-through of my resume and why I wanted to work in Aladdin Client Services at Blackrock. I thought the interview went well, but was contacted 2 weeks later that I did not move on the final round (super day).
