Typical behavioral questions, but be prepared for the way they're phrased: "Tell me about the biggest mistake you've ever made." "What is the most important lesson you've learned?" Unpleasant experience b/c the recruiters were constantly looking at their phones over the course of the interview, even if it was a remote video call. Also, the strictness of the 30-min window led to some cut-throat timeframes. e.g. "With our limited time left, tell us about your biggest mistake -- but please keep it concise," or "If you have any remaining questions, you have thirty seconds to ask them."
