The hiring process was thorough but fair. It included three rounds of interviews, the last of which was long and included 7 interviews. The people were very nice, and while they asked a lot of questions, they did not try to make me uncomfortable or stressed.

They asked me, “Why did you choose BlackRock, and how does our purpose align with your professional values?”
The interview went well but for some reason i was not selected, maybe i was not the suitable for the job role they had. The process had 3 rounds aptitude, technical and hr round.
