Interview
Focused on ascertaining if the candidate had knowledge of their responsibilities and knew how to fulfill them. Also focused on ascertaining competency in programming. They began with asking about automation testing and if I understood the process and that I knew about the software whose testing had to be automated. After that they asked me questions about different features of the Groovy scripting language.

I applied online. It took almost three weeks to get interview. I was contacted by co-op officer regarding interview. out of 45 minutes, 35 minutes was technical interview and 10 minutes behavioral and puzzle questions. Lot of questions related to different testing methods and reason regarding those. After interview they took 3 weeks to give verbal offer..

Interview
- Simple phone interview about 40 mins long with 2 interviewers
- Asked the usual (introduction, why BlackBerry, why software, strengths, and weaknesses)
- One thought process (logical testing question) where they
- one to two technical programming question about using the IDE and very simple programs
- Other questions focused mostly on the resume submitted and anything I mentioned that they felt was relevant
