Interview was fairly simple, did a 30-minute live video interview. The questions were mostly straightforward and I seemed to get along well with the interviewer, the Director of SEO. At the end of the interview, he mentioned he would get back to me within a week to update on the status. A few days more than a week went by, so I e-mailed him to check on an update. Then I e-mailed a week after that, still with no update. Overall, the interview itself was fine. But them not replying to me is where I draw the line. I don't tolerate that and to me, it demonstrates a lack of maturity.
