Interview
You receive an online task after the cv screening, consisting of logic questions. After that task you receive more tasks, more logic questions, a written assignment about your personality and a programming task. After that there are 3 online interviews: behavioral, logic and system design. Behavioral interview is a pretty standard one, you can expect standard behavioral questions. Logic interview is an interesting one, focusing on your reasoning and way of thinking. It is nothing to be scared of, interviewer also helps you understand if you are lost. You can expect questions like the ones in the tasks. System design interview is also a pretty standard one, nothing too complicated. You are also expected to provide 3 references, which are then contacted to arrange an online meeting. Overall, the process takes a few months, mine took almost 3 months. No live coding, no algorithm tackling.
I am still on 3rd stage, I have cleared 2 assessments. I dont know what to expect from the interview or how many more stages there are but from what I have heard , I guess atleast 2-3 interviews
Online screening in a zoom call with a recruiter. With some questions asked about the job, some about strengths and previous experiences as well as a few questions about the company
There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.
