5 minute quick conversation on the phone after submitting my resume and cover letter in response to their Craigslist ad. The owner called me on my cellphone and bragged about himself for a few minutes and then gave me the job. The owner honestly didn’t ask me more anything about my experience or work history. It felt sketchy from the beginning.

Phone interview / resume review --> timed LBO model test --> LBO model review / feedback session over screen-share --> reference calls --> in-person (1:1) interviews. Overall pretty standard process and the VP guiding me through was good about letting me know what to expect.
