Interview
I applied to an Executive Assistant role for one of the partners after finding the job posting on Indeed. I sent in my resume and cover letter over email and quickly heard back about setting up a phone call. I then attended an in-person meeting with the partner I'd be working for. He seemed friendly and smart and I liked that he seemed interested in my personal goals not just why I would be good for the job. He followed up asking for references from former employers. I didn't end up getting the job but they were courteous about it.

Interview
Phone interview / resume review --> timed LBO model test --> LBO model review / feedback session over screen-share --> reference calls --> in-person (1:1) interviews. Overall pretty standard process and the VP guiding me through was good about letting me know what to expect.
