I had an extremely unpleasant experience attending an interview for an Administrative Assistant position. From the start, there were issues, as I was provided with the wrong address, resulting in a significant loss of time. Upon finally reaching the correct location after a considerable delay, I faced an additional wait of an hour and a half. This lack of respect for my time left a negative impression. The company's lack of organization and effective communication was disappointing. During the interview itself, I encountered questions that I deemed inappropriate and unprofessional. I was queried about my family situation, including whether I have children or plan to in the future. These questions are not only irrelevant to the Administrative Assistant position but also breach ethical boundaries in a professional interview setting. I anticipated a more respectful experience focused on my skills and work experience. The lack of professionalism in the interview process reflects a disregard for candidates and raises concerns about the company's work culture.
